![]() ![]() We bought our Class A Motorhome in March 2014 and have only been to local Southern and Central Coast RV Parks, as far away as Pismo Beach, and as close to us as Dockweiler Beach. Speaking of the pooches, the park also has a dog run, a smaller off-leash space for. In fact, the deluxe sites were even nicely fenced, so, if you worked it right, you had a nice little space for a dog to be off leash. Some of the sites in the park are fairly deluxe and not available for the PA discount, which was fine. These were completely level concrete pads, with 50-amp service. All in, the normal price for our site was $50/night and three nights were at $25/night. Additionally, we paid a one-time fee of $5 for the dog, not $5 per day. Our motorhome is stored in Riverside County, so Pechanga was close by, and using the Passport America discount card, we received three nights at half price, and had to pay full price for one night. We were looking for a fairly quick getaway and at a cheap price. The Pechanga RV Resort certainly qualifies as a "best" and has to be the best we've been in so far. Every experience has been somewhat mixed but as we've gone along, we've refined our criteria and what, for us, constitutes the best, and so on. ![]()
